Marco Bottega was born in 1982, in Rome. Despite his young age he has already reached important goals. His cuisine is born from three generations of restaurateurs, it starts inside the walls of Aminta Resort in Genazzano (Rm). He is chef and owner from 2010, after having experiences in excellent starred restaurants, such as the Pagliaccio in Rome and the Osteria Francescana in Modena.
A cuisine worthy of the past that precedes it. Bottega wants to amaze, always respecting raw material and tradition, these are the teachings he has had when he was young. He is a chef, but Marco Bottega is also Masterclass wine and sommelier, more than 1000 labels are present in his Restaurant, paying a particular attention to French wine – for this reason he is nominated Officier de l’Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne. Since 2008 he is a regular guest at the TV program “La Prova del Cuoco” Rai1 and in 2009 and 2014 he has the honour to organize the official lunch in Bethlem first for Pope Benedict XVI and then for Pope Francis. Aminta Resort is present on the most important guides of the sector and it gains one Michelin Star.
