Chef Pasquale Palamaro was born in 1978 in the wonderful Island of Ischia. His career, at L'Albergo della Regina Isabella, is full of important collaborations with national and international starred Chefs, as Aimo e Nadia, Ugo Alciati, Alfonso Iaccarino, Emanuele Scarello. This challenging but rewarding experiences stole the heart and the soul of the Chef, stimulating him to devote himself in researching new cooking techniques and raw material to better express tastes and colours of his homeland. The training continued with Chef like Antonino Cannavacciuolo, of Hotel Villa Crespi in Orta San Giulio, and Anthony Genovese, of Pagliaccio in Rome. This continous exchange has given Pasquale the opportunity to identify his cuisine, mainly fish, with his territory, the south of Italy, rich in raw materials. 2013 represented a milestone for the Chef Pasquale Palamaro. He has been awarded with the important Michelin Star, thanks to his job at indaco, the restaurant of L'Albergo della Regina Isabella where he was the Executive Chef. Since 2016 Pasquale Palamaro has been named Executive Chef of the three restaurants of L'Albergo della Regina Isabella.
