Reduce impact on nature, cut waste in food production, design the new luxury, care about eating security. In the name of these keywords of the campaign, three Dubai based Business leaders have received yesterday the SUSTAINABLE UAE EATING Awards at Gulf Food Manufacturing.

The winners are

MOHAMED AISSAOUI, General Manager My Farm Dubai, for committing his farm to circular systems, for attaining food security goals in the UAE

ATUL CHOPRA, CEO FreshOnTable, for their mission to promote local farms, sustainability and to assist the UAE’s food security mission
KUNWAL SAFDAR, Founder Moreish by K for realizing first zero-waste delivery kitchen

Behind each of these sustainability champions there are stories of passionate commitments to reduce food and resources waste, to use sustainable suppliers and to work for the food security of their community.
