The 12th edition of the Italian Cuisine World Summit is set to start in Dubai, on the 6th of November 2021, and will highlight exceptional initiatives and events, just at the time that Expo 2020 is showing its wonders to the world.
Michelin Starred Guest Chefs from Italy hosted by the Dubai based chefs and their restaurants will celebrate an edition entirely dedicated to Sustainability. Reduce impact on nature, cut waste in the kitchen, design the new luxury. Not by chance the Summit is part of the Sustainable UAE eating campaign, which revolves around a pledge signed by chefs of all nationalities and food producers, promoted in collaboration with the Emirates Culinary Guild.
