A VERY SPARKLING START OF THE 12th SUMMIT

The 12th edition of the Italian (Sustainable) Cuisine Summit was officially opened last night with a Gala Dinner at Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai. There were over two hundred special guests, representing the industry, media and opinion leaders of the local community, including Yaqoob Al Ali.
They savoured the cuisine of six exceptional Master guest chefs (Heinz Beck, Paolo Gramaglia, Massimiliano Mascia, Sergio Vineis and Simone Vineis, Sara Preceruti in the pictures with Marco Bottega, Gianni Tarabini, Alessandro Miceli, Andrea Mugavero, Marco Legittimo, Luca Carbini, Francesco Acquaviva, Alfonso Crescenzo, Enrico Derflingher, Sebastiano Ferlito, Marcello Rivetti).
The Bergamot from Reggio Calabria has been among the protagonists of the night. It has been a great opportunity to show how the Italian system can work and promote the best of the made in Italy in food and beverage, supporting chefs and restaurateurs working abroad.
