THE BEST ITALIAN CUISINE AT EXPO 2020 WITH CIBUS AND THE SUMMIT

In collaboration with Cibus – Parma, one of the most prestigious Food Fairs in the world, the 12th Italian Cuisine World Summit is showcasing the best Italian Cuisine at Expo 2020. Fifteen Dubai based chefs and others coming from Italy and the rest of the world, will be the protagonists of a collection of recipes, in video and in a publication, to celebrate both the best expression of Italian cuisine during Expo and the mission of chefs who make it great outside of Italy and especially in Dubai. The unprecedented initiative has officially been launched, with the presence of the Michelin Master Guest Chef of the Summit at M.Eating-Italy, the Cibus culinary space in Expo 2020. In the same space every week from November 2021 to March 2022 the “Italian Cuisine Heroes” will have their Masterclasses.
